By uploading photos to Teal Memories, you retain all rights to your content. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your photos solely for the purpose of providing our Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to share and store any photos you upload.

Unless you own the content or have the explicit, prior written permission of the content owner, you may not:

• Download, copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, or otherwise use any photos from the Service;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, watermarks, metadata, or attribution;
• Use any photos for commercial or promotional purposes;
• Train, or contribute to training, any AI or machine learning models with content from the Service;
• Use automated tools (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access, index, or collect content.

Any unauthorized use may result in immediate account termination, link revocation, and legal action.

We respect copyright. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, please email contact@tealmemories.com with:

• A description of the copyrighted work;
• The URL(s) where the allegedly infringing content appears;
• Your contact information;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
• A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

We may remove reported content, suspend repeat infringers, and notify affected users.

We may display attribution notices or watermarks and employ technical measures (e.g., right‑click prevention, rate limiting, signed URLs) to help deter unauthorized copying. You agree not to circumvent or interfere with such measures.

Access to Teal Memories is invitation-only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and sharing links. You agree not to share your account access with unauthorized users. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in unauthorized sharing.

Photos can be stored in private or unlisted albums. Private albums are accessible only to you. Unlisted albums are accessible through the album link. You are responsible for managing these sharing links and controlling access to your content. We recommend not sharing links with individuals you don't trust.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, bypass, or disable any access controls or content protection;
• Scrape or harvest content or data from the Service;
• Upload content that you do not have the right to share;
• Infringe or violate others’ intellectual property rights;
• Upload malicious code or engage in activity that degrades the Service.

We utilize third-party tools for data hosting, email services, social login, error monitoring, and anonymous analytics. Your use of these tools is subject to their respective privacy policies. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

We may, at our sole discretion, remove content, restrict links, throttle or block requests, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with rights holders and law enforcement to address violations. We may also seek damages and injunctive relief for unauthorized use of content.

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We recommend maintaining backup copies of your important photos. We are not responsible for any data loss or service interruptions.

Teal Memories is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your content through shared links.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in our principal place of business unless otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to modify or introduce paid features in the future. Any such changes will be communicated to users in advance, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
